This menu applies to parties of 10 minimum, and in order to secure your booking, a £10 deposit per head is required.

Perigord Foie gras mi-cuit au Cognac, cherry, pistachio, Sorrel and pain brioche or

 

Jerusalem artichoke velouté, Comte cheese beignet, fresh truffle, leek and lovage oil or

 

Gin cured chalkstream trout, horseradish, yogurt, dill, chard grapes, cucumber and Keta caviar or

 

Smoked beetroot, Sainte Maure de Tourraine goat’s cheese, balsamic onions, hazelnut, borage, apple and sourdough

Roasted British Turkey crown, confit leg, apricot, pistachio and sage stuffing, pigs in the blanket, duck fat potato and seasonal vegetables or

Braised British ox cheek, smoked pomme puree, bone marrow, caramelised roscoff, parsnip puree, nero and sauce bordelaise or
